Just got home from giving blood a couple of hours ago and now I feel like crap......

Geez, I tought it was a good thing!!!

Eat and drink some OJ if you can. even gatorade.

Liquids. plenty of liquids. OJ, Apple, cranberry......even water.

I am sure I will be fine...it is just that I have done it before with no problems. i am eating some fried chicken right now, maybe that'll help. Even if it doesn't it sure tastes good
