Rep Power: 24 | I got a call at home last night from one of my employees who proceeded to tell me that a customer (who has been a pain) was SMOKING POT in the tanning bed while she was tanning. My employee who smelled the pot then walked back to see where it was coming from, knocked on her tanning room door and asked her what she was doing......the tanner said she was only tanning........(more conversation ensued)..........my employee stopped her bed, when she came out, she ran out the door..................10 minutes later, my employee gets a phone call from the tanner who says............I am so sorry, I had a stressful day and I just wanted to relax! Can you believe this? Has this ever happened to anyone? I am completely shocked!! I told my employee, if this ever happens again, to call the Police! What would you have done? Or what do you think I can tell my employees to do? _________________ [ This Message was edited by: HOT on 2003-05-02 07:29 ] |

Rep Power: 28 | Wow! What guts she has.... or is she just toopid? I have never had them to actually smoke it in my salon but have found it laying on the floor after they left.... also have found those little mini liquer bottles in the trash can... I think your employee did fine. I wouldn't call the police... whether I agree with pot smoking or not, I would not want to get the police involved unless I just had to.... |

Rep Power: 24 | Good advice. Thank you! Not that this is any reason to call the Police on her especially because we aren't 100% sure that the soap dispenser with soap in it has been stolen 4 times by her, but after it happened a couple of times we started trying to narrow it down to who it was and we had several people we suspeced and checked the bathroom after they went in it and we are fairly sure without actually "seeing her" that it was her. Then she POOPED in the trash can a few weeks ago....again, we aren't 100% it was her, because we didn't see her. She's a dirty mess when she comes in and is a Royal Pain in the BUTT! Now having said that, I feel better and I'll let her off the HOOK and hope she doesn't ever smoke pot in the Salon again. But if she does, we'll handle it in house without calling the Police. Thanks for reading and your thoughts! Kimberly |

Rep Power: 23 | I would advise her to practice her relaxation techniques before coming in or give yoga a shot, lol. What concerns me about these type of activities is if they are in the right state of mind to even be able to operate your equipment. Had one girl "drop evidence" IN THE LOBBY once. Fortunately I found it right away and disposed of it properly. Yeesh, some people. |

Rep Power: 24 | Mitzi, I actually thought about it, but she spends alot of money in my Salon and although I may not like everyone that walks in the door, they aren't at my establishment to be liked, they are there to spend their money in my Salon. (See I'm complaining I know..........but if this is as bad as it gets in my life I'm happy.) I am going to have a friendly talk with her and things will be fine. Teresa~ I know WOW!!! Like I said before, I was shocked when I heard...that took (excuse my french) MAJOR BALLS!!! |
