Freshlook contacts - tanTALK

I just got blue freshlook contacts on Saturday, and they look awesome...!!!!

The only thing is, every once and a while, especially as I look at the computer screen, I am all blurry and whacked out....feel a lil tipsy, and dizzy.....

Anybody that has color contacts feel like this in the begining???????

Melty what is your natural eye color..I would like to get some sort of color contact but I have hazel eyes and I do not know if you would really be able to see the colored ones over-top of my darker eyes..
Carry some sort of rewetting drops on you for instances like this..

I have light brown/green (hazel) eyes......The guy at the Cohen's Optical said when he first saw me, that many people want BLUE, and it just doesnt happen, because their eyes are too dark, for the blue to look natural.....

But, we tried the blue lenses on me, and he said that they looked great!!!!, he couldnt believe it....

If you want, definately try out the blue ones, and if they do not look natural, you can always get the greens.....

BTW, my parents are gonna freak when they see me... I didn't tell them about my new baby blues, and im flying up to COLD NEW YORK on Friday!!!!!, with a tan, the blue eyes, and my bleached brows from the sun and salt water, i'm gonna look like a different person.... lol

Good idea Melty..I actually like both Blue and Green..
I will have to check into these next time I am at the eye doctor...

I have naturally brown eyes and dark hair and i have changed my eye colour to aqua with the freshlook lenses. looks great with the tan! I do not really ever have a problem with the blurred vision...you should check with your doctor because maybe they do not fit your eye properly. Or maybe you just need to get used to them!

I love the fresh Look contacts! I have them in violet,blue, turqoise and honey.My eye color is very dark brown, and these lenses work well with my eyes...Melty, I never had that problem, either, although, sometimes when my eyes are dry, and I look quickly to the side, everything appears the color of my lenses!

When I first got my colored contacts I felt like I was looking thru mesh or something. I have gotten used to them after about a month. I have hazel eyes and went with the honey color. I get lots of comments on them. I think next time I will try aqua. They looked good too but the blue looked really muddy on me.
Just keep wearing them...you will adjust.

I also have the freshlooks colored lenses. I have dark brown eyes and have blue and green lenses, I did have a sample of the violet but they were a little wierd for me. I also have the freshlooks clear lenses and they all fit and work just fine. Is this the first time you have worn contacts melty...if so just give them a little time.

Are these the COLOR BLENDS, or just plain COLOR lenses?????

There are SO many brands, and then each brand has all these different colors, its hard to choose.....
