Rep Power: 25 | My truck broke down at one of the salons yesterday afternoon. OMG, I didn't realize how important transportation is to me!!!!!! Hubby was working nights and didn't have time to come and look at it before he went to work. So thank God for my friend Laurie, she hauled me around last night (even though she is a good friend,,,,I didn't make her go everywhere I needed to go). My brother-in-law looked at my truck and came to the conclusion it was the fuel pump, and hubby is going to work on it this afternoon but boy just a few hours with no transportation is enough to give me a nervous breakdown. |

Rep Power: 25 | All is good...kind of...hubby got fuel pump changed in the parking lot of the salon and he is really sick from siphoning and gas fumes.. It runs, BUT gas gauge doesn't work, so I guess Sunday he is going to pull it back out again,,,,ugh. Why does he have to insit on being Mr. Fix it???? You know there are people that do that for a living. |

Rep Power: 23 | You know... it's okay to just take matters into your own hands and get it repaired by a mechanic yourself. My first husband could "fix" anything... but it only cost me more in the end and took FOREVER!!! When I moved into my new house and my kitchen sink needed fixed due to a leak... he "fixed" it for me so well I had to pay a plumber over $100 to do it right. Good luck with you truck... I hope you get it repaired soon. And hopefully your husband isn't anything like my ex... I'm sure he'll do a great job and have you out and about in no time! |

Rep Power: 27 | I am so lucky, my husband says "Take it to the shop" He is in the door and glass business, so if we have a broken door or glass he will fix it, but anything else, he calls someone. ; But,,,,, I have been asking for a garden window in my kitchen for 10 years |

Rep Power: 0 | My husband can fix just about anything but you have to be ver-r-r-r-y patient. He has to remember where his tools are and where the spare parts that he has collected 'in case we ever need them' are. He has saved us alot of money but sometimes I think it would be better just to send him to work some overtime and hire someone else. Gotta love 'em! Pam |
