what was your worst experience in a tanning salon, or in your own....lets hear em...
dont hold back, ive had customers tell me the worst stuff like using stepping into a bed that wasnt sanitized or being told to clean it yourself, or people peeing in the trash can...omg what would possess a person to do that..lol
i havent really had any bad situations arise besides rude customers, and people who leave a huge mess in the room afterwards...i've only been in business for a couple of months so im sure my share will come.

My worst is the client who stole a bottle of lotion. That's it. To date... I've had pretty good experiences and am enjoying it very much.

My worst was a large woman who had a minor bowel problem on one of our beds. I don't think you need any more details than that.

Do you have any idea how many complaints I get from salon owners who have had customers pee inside their stand-up units? LOTS.
Nothing wrong with stand-ups but tanners want choice and Chipp is obviously too stupid to discuss choices with clients so he gives no choice. Good for him, too bad for his customers. Too bad for this site.

I have been open 7 months and had 2 people do the #2 in the trash cans.....almost makes you want to give up.....and throw up! I am in a middle to upper class area and the clients that did it were young girls...ICK!
