Tomorrow we're having a boardwalk Bar Crawl. There are about 20 of us who are going to meet up at noon and have 1 drink in every bar (which is 10) and then double back to one of them to chill for the rest of the afternoon.

I bought Hawaiian leis for everyone and lei/headband things for the girls... We have a friend who will do whatever you tell him to so I bought him a Coconut bra and a grass skirt. He is going to be King Comoniwannalaya.

Bronze , are you sure you don't want to take a day trip to the shore? hehehehehe

oh no I was great today.... the beauty of starting out at noon is that I was home and in bed by like 9pm. hehehehe

what a blast. the Boardwalk was packed because it was a gorgeous day... one of the local radio stations was also having a big concert on the beach. and then there was this crazy group of 20 people wearing leis and floral headbands just marching down the boards to the next bar. the leis were like Mardi Gras beads, it was amazing what some guys would do for one.

WOW! That sounds like fun. We have no boardwalk here in Arkansas. Am I right in understanding that you are a teacher? I also teach. What grade, how long and all that other fun stuff? I am thinking about not going back this year. I would love to stay at the shop and they are doing major road construction between my house and my school.(which is about a 30-40 minute drive without traffic) It is a big decision that we are discussing. Next time you do this have a dringk for me. (Either a Buttery-Nipple or a Leg-Spreader):D

I teach 8th grade science.... but am currently teaching high school biology for summer school.

I love where I am but I have to say that teaching the older students is MUCH easier. (at least for me)

I used to commute an hour each way to work but now I'm totally spoiled and work 5 minutes from my house. I used to wake up every morning at 4:30am and I don't know how I did it...

where down the shore were you? I have a house in Belmar...My friends and I have done it for the last 3 years...but I think this is it...not sure yet.

I'm right by Seaside, Lavallette, Ortley, etc. it's a bit further south than Belmar.

today we're going to the tiki bar to catch some sun, watch some football, and drink some beers.

it is a gorgeous day here.... truly spectacular. It is so great at the Shore in September. the humidity and extreme heat is gone and you just want to sit outside all day long.
