We had a HUGE HUGE HUGE forest fire around here on Sunday/Monday... homes burned down, forests decimated. It was under control by yesterday, last I heard.

I've been sitting downstairs this evening smelling burnt wood. I thought it was just leftover from the other day but now I'm hearing tons of sirens and firetrucks again. I wonder if it flared up again...

my asthma is flaring up so I can only imagine that there is quite a lot of ash and smoke in the air...

Are you in Colorado? I know there are fires going on there right now, I used to live in Canon City and I had to call up all of my old friends to make sure they were okay.
