I live at the Shore and this weekend is the start of the summer season. My sister and her boyfriend work at a bar and had to go in at 6pm yesterday. I hitched a ride with her boyfriend so I wouldn't have to drive and worry about traffic, finding a parking spot, etc. I was supposed to meet my cousin there at 8pm.

Well, she showed up at 9:30pm... by that point I had been on my own for 3 and 1/2 hours with my good friend Bud Light to keep me company. I also watched the basketball game. The Nets suck. Even I could tell that and I never watch basketball. That's how bored I was. anyway, I was totally wasted by the time she got there.

and somehow, using The Force, I stayed awake and functioning (barely) until closing time at which point I hitched a ride home with my sister. I do recall making out with some guy, I think his name was Jay... my cousin and his friend had a bet as to who would kiss who first. She bet that I would so I had to be the brazen hussy and help her win the bet. hehehehehe

Good thing I rode 25 miles on my bike yesterday b/c I believe I drank 35,000 calories in beer. and I'm supposed to go out and do it all again tonight. I'm too old for this stuff.
