Rep Power: 23 | Chippp, your body needs some fat in your diet. Not only will it keep your organs functioning properly, BUT YOU WILL FEEL BETTER TOO!!!! Don't try to eliminate ALL fat or you will wind up cranky and hungry and feeling horrible. Focus on reducing your total caloric intake (eating) and increasing your caloric expenditure (exercise). It is okay to consume some fat while trying to lose weight... It will help you to be less hungry all of the time and IT IS GOOD FOR YOUR BODY. Which is worse, having 2 pieces of cheese on crackers?....... or bingeing and eating the whole box of crackers but no cheese? which would result in MORE TOTAL CALORIES CONSUMED? think about it! |

Rep Power: 23 | fungirlz-my personal trainer just gave me some great workouts to do while at the salon. First, you have to go to the store and purchase a resistance band (light/medium resistance) starting out, it is about $10.00. Inside there is a list of exercises that you can do. But if you want after you get one I can let you know how to do the ones that my trainer gave me. It is actually fun and I am enjoying doing it when there is some slow time. The burst of energy is good too!!! Christina |

Rep Power: 24 | I never thought I would have to watch my weight, but being in a car accident and not exercising like I use to has taught me that I was wrong. I don't diet, however, I do make conscious decisions when I eat. I balance out my protein, carbs and fat intake. |
