A/C not working......S**T!!!!! - tanTALK

OK, Yesterday, I had my first desaster of summer. The first day I had to run the AC and it didn't work. I had people in here actualy running out of the salon because it was cooler outside. I made some calls this morning and got someone in here first thing. Thank God. It is now nice and cool. Good thing I am booked solid until 9:30. Ok, I am ok now. I just had to vent.

omg teez that had to suck so bad, but you see here in florida we use our a/c all year round so we dont get those surprises. If it seems to not be working well out come the repair guys.

You have to do regular maintainace , have it checked it out from time to time, even when it seems to be working.

We only need to use it in the summer.
We have 2 units both can cool the whole salon.....so if one goes its still cool!

we also what fans that suck the heat outside it really helps.

Teez,
It was 85 degrees in the salon yesterday..we were slammed . and because I live in the great state of MICHIGAN.. it sucks... 45 degrees on day the next 90!!!!
The A/C did not have a chance to catch up.. all the beds were running ALL day.
I had the air guy out he did the maintenance.. but he said it was running fine..It will just take a while to catch up!!!
When I opened this morning nice and cool....(I left it on all night). The unit was able to catch up and keep it steady all day.

Soo until the tempature level off to be definatley Summer I have to watch the weather channel nightly.. So the unit doesn't freeze up.
The great State of Michigan...Blink and the weather changes..

It's the same here MJ. Today its 87 tomorrow its supposed to be 55.
