70 degrees in Long Island today!/my house got robbed! - tanTALK

it is spring break, I am Not in Florida, and my house got robbed on wednesday...
I could not believe what was happening. I got home from school at 1 PM, and my mother was gonna go to the stores, and when we pulled up into my driveway, the front door was open.

I walked in slowly, and the world around me seemed to be in slow~mo.

I walked into the kitchen, and looked down the hallway, and saw my room, and could not believe it! The drawers to my dresser were all opened, the house was ransacked, and they got what they wanted, those @#$%^!!!!!

At least the weather is good, it is 70 degrees and sunny when that GREAT weather channel said that it was supposed to rain this morning, and be 55 degrees and cloudy???

I was outside with my cousins, laying in the sun, and I used my caltan Heliotherapy SPF 8. I know this is an SPF, but it is such a good lotion/sunscreen. The light scent is just soo good, and you feel good about yourself when you use it, because you know that you are being good to your skin. It has Vitatan in it!!!!!!!! hehe, so my melanin is just getting better and better!!!! lol I really am getting really dark, from using all these step 1's with the Vitatan, and that Total Immersion BABY!!!!

This tanning stuff is keeping my mind off of what happend here on wednesday, so i know it might sound stupid that I am talking about this, but I don't know what to do...

Hang-in..
It happend to us one afternoon..
They broke the front door in..opened the garage..backed in.. shut the doors and loaded up all the electronic items from our home..
trashed our daughters room and took the bedspread from the guest room to haul the stuff from upstairs..
(****** me off about that bedspread the most.. I spent 3 months locating it to match the theme of that room).
Anyway... repaint your bedroom...rearrange your room.. You'll feel alot better...
Our daughter didn't want to sleep in her room after it happend.. you feel icky... this is natural..She felt better after we redid her room.
The police did find the kids who did it..
(but they never recoved my bedspread!!)

Hang-in there buddy..
Thank God for Insurance coverage.

i know how you feel....i had my home hit once, 2 businesses hit once each and a third business hit 3 or was it 4 times.
I almost forgot.....years ago I was mugged as well by a mob.

after a while you dont want to own anything.
