Look at the member # Jim... they are different. They registered another Jim C probably by adding a blank space at the end and are posing as you. Do what you can or what you will... you have our full support. Numerous other Bronze Stars were registered and used to post with for quite some time. It got very old and very boring because it was very apparent that it wasn't me posting on their site. The individuals posting as Bronze Starr or Bronze Staar were simply too illiterate and the humor was too low brow to ever be me.

They have to do immature, sensational crap like that in order to keep their Rating high. It is pathetic and they seem to always be in sweeps week.
You can't compare apples to oranges, they claim to be the greatest.
They also claim have the greatest mods, and the most informative topics. as well as posters.I still ask what the **** are they the greatest at?? Slamming people, belittling smaller salons? Impersonating people that are far more intellectual, and anyone reading those post will be able to tell the difference.
Just try to ignore their petty ignorance and be your ever so charming self!
I know it is hard from time to time I will respond to their ramblings and I shouldn't, but Hey we are only human.

I have talked to our lawyer..
I have sent Bruce an e-mail telling him he has 3 hours to post a written apology to Jim and myself..
or he will face serious problems..and we all know he has enough..
A copy of this post will be sent to his local police station..and we will begin to press charges against him for allowing this..
I am not messing around.. Ask Teez and Becka what I am all about..Shelia has already gotten hers NO ONE has a drop of respect for her.. I heard enough about her in Ohio and everyones opinion of her..
She is a waste of energy.
Bruce needs to be accountable.
Let him test us on this one.. He will be swimming in problems.

I will contact the local police department in his area. These are posts coming from his server..
I would think if you work at or run a magazine that is published around our good industry( or maybe that is the name of your salon) but still why would you support this campground of trashing people and making crude and disgusting threads.?..

Freedom of speach is one thing.. This type of posting is nothing but trying to slander someones reputation, for what a kick? No that is just sick.

If Bruce does not post an apology and remove that smut from his site, we will do whatever we can to try and bring him into the arena to be stopped. I am sure it will be a long costly process..but I am also sure others will support my decision to try to go for it..

What in the world kind of good comes from this type of posting? Do you think that is a good time ol' joke?

You know yourself, Bruce and his cronies judgement is flawed to say the leaswt, and the hassle it would be not to mention the cost .. is something laurie has to decide to take on or state the facts on the post and let the thread fade.
They are immature moronic excuses for human beings. They know it , we know it .. you can't tell me that the readers don't know it.
I think they should be punshied however ..the chances of them learning from it are slim to none.
the aggrivation and $$ may be more then Laurie is willing to deal with right now.

"Spoofing accounts" that is using names designed to mislead the readers, is wrong, on any site, TanToday included. However it has been done before, and will be done, I'm sure in the future.

That thread CLEARLY had followup postings outlining that it was a "spoofed" post, and any reader could quickly see that it was bogus.

It is improper to edit a post WITHIN the post, as has been done here, to make the poster say things he/she didn't, or to spoof them with bogus similar names.

Our own moderators, Drew and othes, have had this done to them, they just corrected things, and continued with the thread.

I'm sure Jim is capable of corrective postings, as he did, and any reader understood what happened.

Now, back to the topics at hand.

Bruce is well aware that my lawyer has been in possession of every single post and thread made in the name of Laurie Huber, Bronze Star, Bronze Staar, Bronze Starr, Bronze Star (@)(@) and the like since we met face to face in Nashville. He laughed off my comments and instead proceeded to physically assault me. I have witnesses and their full support. I don't care how drunk he was or any of the excuses that he did none of the postings. His logs will show who made what post... and destruction of those logs is a federal offense. Anyone who made posts as me in the past is legal accountable for their actions. I've known this all along. In his ramblings he said that he has made me famous. We are talking about a sick, delusional individual who will continue until he is stopped. I may not have had the money to proceed in August til now... but I viewed that as a temporary setback. The opportunity will one day rise where action will either be taken by someone who has the financial where withall to proceed or I will proceed myself. Seems Chris has beaten me to the punch. Go get him! Let me know if you need copies of anything.
