tanning salon or planned parent hood? - tanTALK

ok...is it me? 2 under 16yrs olds come in (they have tanned before. ask if we have bathroom... (yes in back) i go clean beds when i come out both are gone.(or so i think)
20 minutes later they both walk out of bathroom. (im thinking they were shoplifting.
go in bathroom theres a preg test wrapped on top of trash.(they didnt look happy when they left...so i guess i now what the results were. what would you do???
call the parent? say something when or if they come back?

I say MYOB. I know they were in your salon which does kind of make it your business but unless you know their parents really well, I would butt out. Can you be absolutely sure it was their test? What do you have to gain by telling? You could end up in the middle of a mess. Only you know the whole situation though so I guess it is a judgement call on your end. Keep us posted.

This girl's situation is absolutely none of your business. Talking to the girl or her parents will only cause harm.

Yep, Not your problem.. I wouldn't say A thing. If that girls Mother was close PERSONAL friend of mine ..maybe.. but even then there is a fine line ..
I suggest to stay out of it.

i guess im just peeed off...why do people think they can use us like that.(it was definitly them) im putting up a sign 1 person in the john at a time. ( it could be worse someone could have gave birth in there!!!)

I guess I have trouble relating because a very small percentage of our client base is under the age of twenty.

However... in any instance you don't want to involve yourself in a situation that doesn't involve you already even if the girl is your best friend's daughter. If you know which girl it is for sure, without a shadow of a doubt and you like her, then do the human thing... be her friend, please don't be judgemental. If you don't know which girl, then you're stuck.

If double occupancy in the bathroom persists on being an issue, you may want to post a sign on the door, perhaps even quoting some code or regulation.
