Thanks to @home.com going bankrupt millions of people have lost their internet connection. Including me!!

I am now usin AOL until AT&T figure out how to get us back online.

All I can say is, this is SLOOOOWWWWW!!

Honey, I went from downtown DSL to backwoods dial-up, but I have to deal with it...or you would see me on the board more often.

LOL Tamar... ah the old days of dialing up. I guess I've gotten so spoiled that the thought of a dial up has me soiling my britches... I need to call @Home and find out my game plan. We've looked into Direct TV already, they have a joint plan if you have both dish and hookup. Folks here in NJ seem to like their service.

I have @home.com, at home. I love it, its soooo fast.I haven't had any problems as of yet. I hope its all taken care of soon.

Comcast@Home customers seem to still be on (cross your fingers, I'm one of them). Thankfully, a competitor cable company services my area, so if I get disconnected, I'll be switching providers.

I've been through this once before, 4 years ago I had a full T-1 in my house. Switched jobs and lost it (that was a hard perk to loose), went to dialup for 2 years till I could get a cable modem.

I called the @Home folks today and seems they are switching our network over to another company... sounds like Excite is going to be handling my service from now on. It's so great to have two PC's side by side both working off the same router.

We have been told we are being switched over to another company by AT&T. Not sure when we will be active again.

I hate the dial up. Thankfully I have DSL here at the office!

Well, it looks like I may get back online with the cable modem soon. They have the sight up to reconfigure our settings for the new service. We have a home network that needs to be reconfigured also, so it looks like tomorrow before we are up and running again!
