Ever notice that some moderators here never come under fire? Ever notice that some moderators always seem to be taking heat?I have begun to notice recently that (with the exception of the buntanner) the amount of heat is directly purportionate to the number of posts a moderator has.I am irritated. I am irritated that I am ethical. I am irritated that I actually care about my fellow retail tanners. I am irritated that when people stop posting I miss them. I am irritated that it matters to me what Lonn, Linda, Shari, Bob, Mark (Bell), Greg, Mike, David, Mitzi, Adam and John think of me. I am irritated that I won't post a link to Bruce's site for retail tanners to follow. I am irritated that I am a goody two shoes and the only ones who know about it are Linda and Mitzi. I am irritated that I know "stuff" and will never say anything. I am irritated that it even matters.I am irritated that after this post I will go back to being " Bronze Star" again and quit whining.

I hear ya! I feel the same way in my day to day life. I often wonder if I am doing my son harm by teaching him to be kind and to care about people. I ask myself, " Am I setting him up for dissappointment?" because it seems that there are very few people that really honestly care about society as a whole or who really give a sh*t about anything besides themselves and are so ignorant that they will never see the big picture. My theory is, " Good things happen to good people and I am good people." It works for me. If you stop yourself and notice everytime someone who ignorant is putting negativity in your life you will also notice that the negativity won't last as long b/c you have noticed that you really don't have to waste energy on them and each time..the time you have wasted on them will get less and less. You will also notice that you now have sympathy for someone that has so little inner happiness and be thankful you are able to see the big picture and the experience that once was irratating will now be food for the soul! Well I hope you understood all of that... I have tested this theory in my own life, my problem is I suck at politics! If I don't like what you stand for as a person I don't want to talk to you so of course I am a B*tch. But oh well, I am one happy b*tch and proud of everything I do and will do! And gosh durn people like me. LOL Chin up girl! Oh did I mention I talk a lot and have an opinion about everything...sound familiar! A real bad habit to have if your a women...but that is another thread...easy guys it is just a joke. I am sending a hug...cheesy I know but sounds like you need one! Okay, Duh, Did I miss something? I know I do not get fired on often, acutally not much at all, but I have had my bouts with a couple others on this board. I just tend to let it roll and am not as outspoken as most, until I can't let it roll anymore, then beware - ALL CLAWS COME OUT .... meow As for you Laurie, you are a great moderator. You and Linda are the very reason I even began posting here. You made me feel comfortable and welcome. Like I said before I am sort of a laid back person and don't say alot until I feel comfortable or am so mad that I can't let it roll off anymore. So DO NOT let the ones, and you who they are, get under your skin. Let it roll and be happy that you are doing a great service for this industry. NUFF SAID G/F
