It's time to retire to the lake. We are selling our salon located in the college city of Menomonie. 20 tanning units, mainly Soltron/Ergo equipment. Equipment has been maintained impeccably (as new) and has low hours for the year(2005). Will sell business and the building of 4000 sq. feet, if wanted. Building is located directly across from the Stout campus, and this property has a parking lot to accommodate 15 vehicles. Will sell w/contract with a good down payment. Thanks Eileen; I really hate to give this up, but it's time. The only thing that won't go with the salon will be my parrot, which I've had for 28 years. lol

Best of wishes for you, that is exciting. I might be getting bought out, but I am not in the postion to retire just yet. I hope it happens quick and easy for you.

Yep, that's correct with 7 beds and a hot box. I used to own that salon, and as a matter of fact, I started it.

Being I've had absolutely no interest from anybody to buy my salon, I decided to take a look at exactly what I take out of this salon. I said to my wife, why in the world would we want to sell this salon when we have so much fun running it? I think I'm going to keep this gem until the day we are both dead and in the ground. We love the business, and I really don't know what I'd do, if I couldn't head down to the salon every morning to meet new customers. Parrot Bay is off the market. Thanks everyone for your well-wishes, and I'm not going anywhere anytime soon.
