UWE 26/3 lamp 20min (room this bed is in was sealed/painted for spray tanning)
Ovation 12min
Icon 10min

Rent is UNDER $2000 and includes water/trash/gas/CAM
Electricity $3-600 depending on time of year

Layout is extremely efficient studio style and perfect as a one person operation. Very visible location on main street. Owner had a child and is no longer available full time.

Needs nothing. Low overhead. Large inventory of lotions and body jewelry. Also carry H2Ocean 1st Aid and TanTowel Sunless.

1000s of active clients with an average age of about 25years old.

Eggie, Is this your salon?? Are you getting out of the business?? Going by your posts and knowledge of the industry, I am sure it is a great salon!!!

I am in a position that I would have to run the salon and watch a 2month old at the same time on top of watching a 2month old after work so the wife can get sleep for work. Weather or not someone's getting the perfect tan is not quite on my "give a ****" list and that's not good when your job is to do just that.

(and I'm not even on any medication somehow)
