buy or not to buy? - tanTALK

I live in the Knoxville, tn area. I am a manager of a tanning salon/hair salon here and the owner has decided they would like to sell the business to me due to owning many other businesses and not having any time for this company. It is a good location and a pretty good client base. we have 2 20 min sunstar beds, 3 starpower beds, 1 suncapsule, 1 spraytan booth, 1 chronos bed, and 1 sunsport bed.
the owner is asking 225k for the business. i was curious if this is a good deal?

225k? Wow. They beds are not worth anything near that. So unless its pulling in a million+ per year that price seems just a little too high.

Oh - unless it included the building.

Sure if the NET profit is 100K.

You need to post some numnbers if you want us to put a value on it.
