Try not to stir the pot with associates and keep the stirring to a min at the associate level. If the owner is an absentee owner then, manage as usual. If owner is hands on, perhaps seperating them to different stores than the "home store" that the owner is based out of. Chances are if youre a DM, the owner is not shifted at any shoppe. |
