Give me an example where you have had an unhappy customer and how you handled it. Give me an example of a time you were required to multi tasked in a work atmosphere, and how you handled it. |

Would you be comfortable? Do you have a steady hand? Do you have any glass eyes or wear corrective lenses? Do you know how to trouble-shoot a compressor? When was the last time you set up a tent? I mean a real one ... Are you in a monogamous relationship? Are you monogamous in it? Are you willing to take a drug test? Do you have any felonies? Have you ever been in a Turkish prison? Do you have reliable transportation other than the bus? Do you have any allergies, physical conditions, or moral objections that might prevent you from performing the proscribed duties of the position for which you have applied? -Just a few. Right off the top ... Hope this helps. Good luck.

I always find it great to ask some great questions that are so random.. If you were a Crayola Crayon..what color would you be and why? OR If you were to be any car what color and kind would it be and why? I find that these are NOT rehearsed questions people get asked in an interview and are often caught off guard. The truth is....this business they are often caught off guard in one way or another...and this just demonstrates how quick they think on their feet and how they respond when caught off guard with a question they don't really know how to answer. Try it...youll find those that can answer questions quickly without stumbling are often your best sellers!!! |

You want a friendly, people person. Someone who can have random conversations with clients. Someone that can start up a conversation with a client. The more outgoing they are the better. Make sure they answer in full sentences and not just one word answers.
