What exactly is the definition of a "bronzing beds" - tanTALK

hello all,
so here goes the the question:

What constitutes a "bronzing bed"?

We have all Ergoline beds, the 350`s, the 400`s, the 600, the 800, the 990 and the 1050, Aslo the Lounge and the new Sunrise 480.
When clients come in from out of town, they ask "Do you have a bronzing bed?"
What exactly am I supposed to say, and what makes a bronzing bed?

Hope I can find some ansers!

When I have had clients ask for a bronzing bed, what they describe is a HP bed. This may be what they are reffering to.

so what about the 'bronzing lamps' that distributors sell? I was told by a lamp distributor they work well in 20 min beds.

Just a variation of the UVA to UVB ratio working on the melanin in the various skin types. Where is Don Smith when you need him?

There is no such thing as a bronzing bed. It is all relative.

You can make a bed more of a "bronzing" bed by using different lamps. Generally speaking lamps lower in UVB will tend to be more bronzing.

Yeah , I just got told what up from a customer, that there is HUGE difference in a bronzing bed, than a bed with bronzing bulbs!!!!!! Im like WTF

The best is when they are real specific....ly out of their minds!

Yeah I need that high pressure no burn bed with the 1% VBA cause I'm real pale and don't want to burn and can't spend more than $20-30 and plan on tanning everyday until I leave.
