Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Emailing Clients with Remaining Visits Hi all, Just wondering what you think about this & if I am opening a can of worms.. I am going through my client listings and looking up clients who have visits remaining but haven't been in over 3 months (maybe they forgot, etc) I am thinking about sending them a personal email just saying, our hours etc and that we would love to see them and how many visits they have left. Our visits do not expire and we offer free renewal tans (if they buy another package before they use the existing one, we give them a free tan) we are just so slow lately I want to get these people back in the door.... thoughts? would you do this? |

I would send a postcard saying "you got visits left". Stop in to use them before they expire or trade them in towards a higher level. it never really went over well and the majority of them came back as a bad address. so i started to expire the visit in 1yr instead of 2. i no longer do it. if your trying to drum up business this isnt the way. Focus on people who where in your salon in the last year, GET THEM BACK! PM me if you want some ideas to get biz..

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Re: Emailing Clients with Remaining Visits I did this about 3 weeks ago...reminded people of the tans they had left but also put a coupon on there for a percentage off lotion. Have had a few come in and several returned with bad address. Seemed like a good idea but not much response. |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Re: Emailing Clients with Remaining Visits Don't expire your Session packages, all this does is make clients angry and you lose business. active services on people's accounts are assetts. once they walk back in the door telling them they have thans they forgot about makes them excited and your instantly their favorite person. Expiring your packages is a scam & in the long run hurts your business |
