Save you money unless you have more than 6 types of beds and REALLY want to use megntic gift cards - and not the internal type like most. No, you get hit each time they are used AND someone is making interest on that money.....

we actually got the magnetic gc's but we got them barcoded and use them that way. caused a bit of confusion but for the most part it's worked out ok. what about the tan codes?

I dunno. I have not used it, but from what I have seen and been told its all "under the hood".

I am one to always have the latest. In this case 11 is fine for me for now. Looking at other software.

i think after paying a monthly fee we should version 12 at no cost, the $100 upgrade is a slap in the face!

I have 12 enterprise....... Initially there were alot of bugs, issues to work through. We are up and running well now. No complaints. sometimes the program works a little slow but our customers love the fact that are salons are linked....

I have version 12 desktop. BIGGEST. MISTAKE. EVER! Periodically throughout the day it will freeze up on you when you are trying to enter a tanner and the only way to correct it is to restart the whole computer which takes longer because the login screen will not work if you are lucky for 3 attempts, usually more like 7 or more. It has been a headache since the day I got it and the "tech" guy who installed it forgot to install my checking processing which mean when I ran my EFT's my customer did not get charged like the computer said they did. There are many more problems such as the fact the Bed Usage Report does not work anymore (it does not have the right session counts), and when entering multiple weeks it gives the same dates for any weeks more than 3 as it did for the second week. I have been trying to get these problems, and more, fixed since Feb. 3, but still have no solutions. I had version 11, and wish I could go back (there is not a back conversion other than re-enter everything by hand), and have been using Helios since 1995 (version 5) and love Helios and promote it and even train new salon owners how to use it (V 11) but DO NOT get version 12 for at least a year, even though they have spent 2 years developing this version and it is AWEFUL!
