Our weather here this week is killing business..

Yesterday we tanned 25 people, $40 in sales, normal Monday in Dec is 90 tanners and $400 in sales..

It will be cold and snowy all week..

What are some good specials to run, to get people in the dooor..spend $$ on themselves / Christmas Presents etc..

without giving away the place?

Somehow link the amount of snow accumulation to a sale price.....

Post what it will be in advance, like 2 inches= X amount of free tans with X pkge.

I don't know, just an idea.

NorthShore...it looks to me with figures like that, you need to worry about your sales people rather than the amount coming in the door.

at 25 people, you should be making at least $350 day.

at 90 people, you should be pulling in over $1,000 day.

I also did 25 people the other day which was a slow, but still generated a little over $500.

Looks like you need to do some marketing.

If you are hurting for $$$ and need to make rent fast....do "Din's Trick" for a lotion special....works everytime, will make you fast cash. If i run it for 1 day, i'll make $1500 sales in lotions.

I actually had thought about this-

Whatever lotion you buy, you get a matching gift certificate to five as a Christmas present for tanning to someone else-

Like bottom shelf lotion... 2 weeks, middle shelf 3 weeks, top shelf 1 month unlimited..
