help.

I have done a great job ( IMO ) of building a clientel, we have been opened about 2 . 5 years and my data base has about 4000 unique clients in it.

I am good at marketing / sales etc..

I know one area I struggle in is product placement / merchandising in my salon.

I have a beautiful place..

Are there resources out there that know the tanning business.. ?

could I send my lay out / pics to someone on TT to take a gander at?

Best place to "product place" is right in front of their face in a lay down bed. Get a label maker and occasionally place something like "Want to even out your tan? Upgrade to a standup for just $3". Or if you have specials, etc.

Dont do it too much or they just get used to them being there. Ours go right on the edge of the control panel. Works great. Got the idea from a local spa that I get my hair cut at. When they wash your hair you are tilted back in a chair and hung right up against the ceiling is a posted asking "How are those eye-brows?"
