Can ayone tell me why Legs have it is designed for the "legs" what is the special ingredient that says....I am for legs????

No clue. I always have clients use tingle to increase circulation. They notice a HUGE difference.

My guess then would be a tingle or blush?

There is a hair inhibitor in it as well. Almost all the "leg" lotions do.
