Commission is variable - turnover is higher because of a 50/50 split and most feel that once they are established with a clientele, they can move on to make more $$ without the split. Shame if they were to go to a new salon, and have their massage clients they picked up in YOUR salon follow. When they rent...you need to be VERY specific about access, hours, and conduct - and contact your insurance company about a possible rider for your policy. |
