free advice is great -- but -- if you are wanting to really drop fat cash (which you will) in this industry (during this time period) then I am begging you to hire a professional consultant -- some one who will help with demographics, location, bed mix and hold your hand through this process -- it's not an easy racket and there is no insurance that you will make it.

Running another business does not necessarily translate to tanning. I have a 2 other businesses and have found that tanning is worlds different from those two.

Why do you think celebrities will tan with you? You know a high percentage have thier own tanning beds and usually only tan in salons for a pr stint right?

I would agree with Sally. Hire a consultant. You will have to have ALL the right answers and decisions in this business and this environment.

What celebs are in Minnesota? I can think of a couple, Jimmy Jam and Prince. Don't think they will put much ching in the till though. Just a little free advice from somone who has been there. Don't do it unless you're looking to make a ROI of less then 5%. Maybe a hobby, not a viable business anymore.

I tried goggling Dolce Ent. Group and all I came up with is http://www.dolcegroup.com/ which is the company that Ashton Kutcher is part of in LA and a Night club in Orlando http://www.clubparis.net/events/07_0...nd_closing.cfm I got bored after the first page. I was curious as to what they did.
