What % of your sales is your location lease cost?

What % of your sales is your location lease cost? I think we are paying way too much! $1221 for about 1100 sq feet......

$13.33/s.f. your rent would be considered very average to many, and very low to others.

The other way to look at it is that your sales are too low. If you raise sales, your % of rent out of total revenue will go way down!

Laugh... ummm we did raise our prices 3 times in the last year. We are doing MUCH better now! Our packages start at $29 per month.

That's lower than mine. Mine is $15 a square foot.

My four year old salons rent is under 4% of gross sales. The new salon is only two months old but I'm confident it will be under 10% by the end of it's first year.
