Once an Employee Now my comp
Okay this totally sucks imo!!! I got the sunless up and running looking to go mobil. All the time energy and effort. Researched it myself and taught my employee. She quit at the end of december and now she is starting a mobile business herself. She had the nerve to come by and tell me and act like I should be happy for her. Ahhh....:(

I have a place for people like that. It involves the trunk of my Lincoln and a dirt road.
Is she any good? If not, just watch her crash and burn. Airbrushing is an art, its not something ANYONE can do. If she is good, you have to do better!

Lets put it this way - I think she thinks she is better. But I just did a free tan on a client she did when she was here because the person did not turn out well. I think all she sees is that you can make good money but I know she is forgetting the service aspect. I know her mom is paying for everything for her to get started so she really does not have much invested in this and being in business is different than running a business.

when it's someone else's money she is not going to work as hard as if it were her own money being put up. I don't think you have much to worry about. like you've said you've done the research and you trained her!!!
