EATING IN SALON

Ok, so we had a customer come in and ask me to watch her bag while she went to the corner store because "she hadn't eaten all day". She then came back in and insisted she put her lotion on in my restroom, comes back out, tans, and asks me if it's okay to eat her food here in the salon...did I mention, every room is full of tanners! I said she could, but what the heck! How do you not sound rude, but to the point?

darn, we have a pub table and chairs so she would've been fine here.... did she want to eat in her tanning room or in the waiting area? lol

that doesnt bother me .. although there is no room really.. i try not to eat at certain times myself bc had one client always *****in about the smell... and how hungry she was ...

Absolutely not. I don't even let my employees eat/have food out at the front counter in front of customers.

we have people come in and do that all the time. we have women bring in their whole family and have them eat in the lobby while they tan. they are normally good

They leave their kids in your lobby eating their dinner for your staff to oversee while the mom's tan??

I'm a woman with a family and we all tan he could be talking about a family like ours, our ages range from 19 to 48. Shawn never said kids. :)
