As a great saturday Night Live skit once said "simmer down now"
Her husband does have an input as to whether she tans or not.... that is his baby too... (or so I am assuming). She needs to explain to her husband the true risks of tanning while pregnant (as limited as they are) and the precautions she will be taking. Once he is educated then he should comply with her ability to tan. If he still is persistent, then her hours will slowly be cut due to some made up reason. Don't get sued for discriminating against the pregnant girl!!

Kimberly tanning does not cause fetal damage or miscarriage 100% of the time!

It is in your best interest to let her go. It's easy here Jeff, Delaware is a FIRE AT WILL state and I love it!

Umm....you do realize I am pregnant too. No, I am not looking for a reason to let her go. That's ridiculous. At the Aust Gold seminar just last weekend the spokesperson preached about how important it is for the people behind the counter to be tan. Her exact words were "you can not expect a customer to purchase a $120 bottle of lotion from you if you don't have a tan".

It makes sense. I mean...I'm not going to buy diet pills from a fat person either.

find me just one case or study showing it.... i never found one and i've been researching this stuff for several years non-stop.

Yes I do know that you are pregnant. I wouldnt buy diet pills from a fat person either! I do understand your stand point trust me I do. I was just asking out of curiosity because youve mentioned the pregnant employee prior in kind of a negative manor. As person in the industry I understand your side but as a mother I can also apprieciate her stance on it.

I'm sure when he's tapping that pregnant *** he's thinking of "fetal safety".
