What irritates me is THIS ISN'T SOMETHING THAT JUST HAPPENED. She didn't catch something from a toilet seat. I'm PRETTY SURE when said WANG wasn't removed BEFORE the deed was done it was a GOOD TO GO situation.

I'm sorry guys, but I'm reading this and I can't believe this. She is pregnant, so what. I had girls working for me and they were pregnant. I'm not going to force them into something they don't want to do. I hired them as a tanning consultant. They are there to sell and educate our customers on the positive effects of tanning. If they did not do their job and described in the employee manual, you can let them go. Is this girl and good sales person? is she doing her job to the fullest? If the answer is yes why put her through all this. There are sunless products on the market. She does not want to enhale the mystic solution so be it. Why go on and on about this. Document everything she has done to protect yourself if she is not doing her job to the fullest. But, don't torment this girl by giving her ultimatums. Now go ahead and curse me out. I am a salon owner and I am a mother.

Don't promote spray for pregnant tanners. It is a bad, bad idea to apply chemicals and poisons to pregnant women. These toxins are directly absorbed by the skin.

UV is fine (since without it we would all be dead) but if she doesn't want to do it then there isn't much you can do to make her.
