We were up for November now we are flat. The last week has not been good for us.

I'm in the sucky $200-300 a day range. Nothing to compare to , being new and all. I am really curious what a beusy season will bring. I can't wait to add beds.

$2-300/day is pretty good IMO on the off season if you have 6-8 pieces of equipment.

Things have picked up for me. July, August and Sept were bad obviously, with Sept being by far the worst month. October picked up though and November is even better. However, I have nothing to compare it to because I've only been open since March.

$300 per Day avg / $12K per month out of season.. I believe is what it said.. with 8 beds,
$25k per month in busy season..
