I actually catch alot of crap for my music selections at work... I see it like a tattoo parlor though, dont mess with the man when he is working. :)

each room has a radio. so at all times there are 6 different stations going. you get used to it.

that would compete with the voices in my head - too much of a distraction -

we used to have the radios then got XM RADIO - much better - plus there's only 2 reg stations up against 7 country stations - made me want to hurt someone.
