I had real problems for a while with my right wrist. My mother reminded me, "Isn't the solution really cleaning the bed. " I was just scrubbing away and pushing down really hard. Now, I don't push down as hard unless it really needs it.

I try to alternate arms but I'm not as fast with my left.

I found during the busy season, I was sore quite often. I had to change the way I was cleaning the beds, so I didn't end up with back and neck pains and sore arms all the time. It doesn't help that I was rear-ended last year and I still get swelling and pain in my upper back and neck.
