I have a brochure laminated and at the front counter. real easy to hand it to someone and explain whats, what. The prices of the lotions are on the back of the bottle (something I learned from here last year)

Well, it seems to me that if you do, than clients don't know what they are buying. Showing them the beds so that they can make an educated choice rather than picking the cheapest.

I have (will have) a laminated price sheet that stays behind the counter, when discussing pricing it will be in front of them and then back behind the counter again. Specials, on a menu board.

Well what I do is take a brochure with me while I do a tour so I can explain all of the equipment and levels so they understand what they are getting.
