Stock On Hand

Sorry if this has been already dicussed but I couldn't find anything on it.

How many different lotions and moisturizers do you carry? Maybe 3 lines and 2 different ones from each?

Just curious...

buy a bunch of stuff and try everything. ONLY CARRY WHAT YOU LIKE.

I'm downsizing and have been for a while.... too much to choose from.

My suggestion would be to go back through your own sales records and see what is the top three selling lines for YOUR salon......

I use to have 2 full pages of inventory. I have cut it down to a page and a half. I will carry something if i have only one customer that buys it. I have at least 40 different lotions and accessories.

We carry PL and have anywhere from 1 doz to 2 or each product

Right now I'm carrying Devoted Creations, Designer skin, and fiesta sun, along with Hempz and Body Drench.
I've tried Cal Tan's products and they sit too long.
People go for attractive packaging and what ever I recommend
