Hi Joe, this is Mandy in Arizona... I hear you met with Sierra on Friday... She is a great person, hard worker and she would be a huge asset to your salon!!!! My husband installs Ergoline equipment all the time and we have Ergoline and Tanses in our salon.... Happy Busy Season:)

Hi Mandy, yes I did meet Sierra and I would like to thank you for sending her our way.My intuition tells me you are right. She seems to have a similiar passion for the industry that I have had since I started. I am looking forward to teaching her the tanning industry.I believe she could be dynamic!Now that sierra is on board I hope we can help each other out down the road! Busy season is here! We had a record month this march!

I think you are an absolutely TERRIFIC guy and I am so incredibly sorry to have to walk away from an opportunity of a life time (For me anyway)!! If I would have known that my husbands career would take us in another direction, I honestly wouldn't have put you in a position such as this. I ask that we please keep in touch and if by chance I have the opportunity to come back, a second chance would be HUGELY appreciated. Thank you so much for the chance that was given to me. I understand, stay in touch if by chance you did come back I would definately consider giving you a shot. I think you are destined to be a big part of this industry!

Now, I still need a manager with true passion for the industry as well as people.
