my first day i was quickly showed how to work everything and left alone. no one here to help. i had tanned before, for years, never knew anything about lotions tho, and i took it upon myself to read every bottle, tried different lotions so i could teach our clients because our owner didnt know anything. i was one of those kids working in salon who didnt know anything about UV. im still learning. I noticed the place never was cleaned, now i keep it spotless, but more now then before, ive sold more then anyone else too. i get annoyed that no one else does anything so i give up. now i am considered a "manager" getting payed just barely more then minimum wage. im slowly giving up, actually im really thinking about getting outta here, i wish i could just close right now and go home...but no its only 430pm.

Let her know she is doing a great job. Just make sure you don't tell her I don't know what I would do without her being there. Don't let her get to comfortable. Then she will feel I can do anything I want he won't get rid of me. That happenefd to me once before, I will never make that mistake again.
