Using Quickbooks with tantrack

ok, so im waiting for someone from tantrack to call me back, so in the mean time, i was hoping someone here could help me out that uses tantrack and quickbooks pro. I just installed the quickbooks pro yesterday and tantrack seemed to pick up on it, but now today my undeposited funds account and sales tax payable account are erased, along with the box where you put in the quickbooks version. When I go to try to retrieve the info again, tantrack says either "mismatch" or "Tantrack could not open Quickbooks" . HELP!!
