Google AdWords and You

I'm finally getting a site up - it's more for hair than tanning at the moment I know, I'm working on it.....
I was thinking of trying AdWords to promote it. Does anyone have any experience with it?

I have used it in the past or my caregiver website. I have never used it for my salon. I think if you restrict it to IP's in your area and watch your maximum spending, it could be a good deal. At least you only pay for traffic that actually hits your site.

Make sure you filter tanning out.

I'm using it for my internet jewelry shop. Wouldn't use it for a site that doesn't sell anything online.

for a tanning salon,,,,,,,,,don't waste the money. if someone does a yahoo search, you should be there on there, make sure you have a website link.
