we give them the option to ugrade and most do. This is my stores policy for all new clients. It lets the customer give us a try with no risk.

My free tan weekend brought in 57 customers that had never been in, i tracked it. about 25% bought during the free tan weekend and another 50% came back in the next 3 days and bought packages and some even brought friends. i do 3 tans for $15 for new clients only. for the free tan weekend the other 25% were just here for the free tan. im happy with that. every day sense the weekend we have been slammed selling more lotions than we did before. for only owning the salon for 3 months now were doing well. it has paid its bills on its own, it was hard to get people to trust our salon again but its finally paying off. old owner ruined this salon.
