Absolutely. Just even if you know she has them, doesn't mean she will always have them. Also, you are cleaning the room anyway. Clean every room as if the previous customer had aids, warts and lice.

I don't think it's cause for concern since the pillows are vinyl not a textured fabric. You could always place the pillow in a plastic air-tight bag for a 48 hour period to be sure, but I don't think it is necessary.
