There is no good way or any good feelings when it comes to firing someone. Good luck!!! I have seen most of the times they will try to make it seem all is your fault and you just don`t understand their problems. Be strong and don`t let them turn the tables on you.

Am I being to harsh. I don't want to waste my time on her and she is constantly asking for days off for future months, like 10 of them.
WTH~???

I like to fire like this " Sussy what did u do before you started working here? ........ Well maybe you should go back and see if you could start back there because I just dont think your gona work out here..... "

So..................
I did it. She came in this afternoon to bring me some papers. I said oh good you stopped by I was needing to talk to you. I said that this is just not going to work out, I can't train you one day a week and you work one day a week. So, Sorry but I have time to do that. She was okay with it. She kinda understood. She said that she was thinking the same but didn't want to say anything. ya right...... And when she left it was so relieving to know that I don't have to worry about this one day a week thing and her annoying me. Funny thing is that she was up til 5 in the morning partying the other night and she can't work more than one day a week because she has to much school work.
SO glad that's over with. Now, I have to deal with my other part timer who is having "boyfriend" troubles and not doing her job to it's potential...............a whole other story.
I feel good about it. I am at ease and glad to be rid!!
