Re: Post your Sign-In Sheets Here!
whats the point to this.....one of my comps(the one that closed) had everyone sign their card on the way out.
when they closed we got a rush of new clients and they all kept asking where the card was to sign on the way out. PS THEY ALL THOUGHT IT WAS A PAIN IN THE ***

Re: Post your Sign-In Sheets Here!
We don't have to use one but we do. It makes employees honest. They can't just put their friend in the computer to tan them on someone elses package because there isn't a signature. Sign in sheet needs to balance to the computer reports. Yes, they could sign clients name but it does make them think and most clients sign in. It helps know who is here for appointments and walk ins and who should be first by who signed in first. It is a cheat sheet to look at the clients first name as they are writing and call them by name and they think we remember (until we do remember).
Excel spreadsheet Name, tan time, bed and package. The client only signs and puts a time. We fill out the rest. Takes 2 seconds. |

but clients dont see it.
