Wouldn't that be fairly rare this time of year? March, April, May when high school clusters are in I could see.
Here, at least, the front end is rarely unmanned while people are here - until closer to Feb.

That's your first and biggest problem.....most theft in the workplace (no matter where thta might be) is employee theft! I agree you need to let them know you are aware and make it well known it will NOT happen again. Don't assume just because the other 2 are good employees they won't steal either. Sometimes its your best employee (or client!) who is the one stealing from you, make sure your ship is run tight and that your employees understand that these things will not be overlooked.

Yeah we found out that the one we least expected was stealing from us (on a very regular basis). I would not have a meeting yet, I would first install the camera's and watch a few weeks very carefully. I would like to find out who steals and who doesn't. It also gives you the chance to see what they are like with clients when you are not there.

Good luck. It sucks anyhow.

I'm sure it wasn't client theft. That cabinet is too hard to get to unless you are behind the counter, and I don't even think any customers would know the packettes were in there since we have them out on the counter top.
