How do you answer?

How do you handle the person who calls on the phone and says, "what kind of beds do you have?"

Cause there are lots of answers to that question and more than likely the peron on the phone won't know if you tell them the brand or even level name.

I tell them we have 3 levels plus a stand up and then ask them what specifically would they like to know about the beds. I also encourage them to come in and take a tour - because it is much easier to explain in person...

I tell them the Brands we carry and our specials for new customers.
