I usually take a long pause (contemplating how many ways there are to strangle a human being) and ask them to clarify.

Haha that question I never get, but I usually add 'for sensitive skin and the more advanced tanner'... LOL

I tell them it is very difficult to explain over the phone but would love to have them stop in for a tour and a complete explanation of the features and benefits of each bed
