i use the one that salon touch offers and run them myself each month. i canceled the contract the previous owner of my salon had with ASF financial cuz their fee's are crazy and do it myself. way better in profits.

This agreement is an electronic funds transfer contract with Kool Rayz Tanning Salon, hereafter called Kool Rayz. I have read and agree to have the above monthly tanning fees paid through the debit or credit card number provided for pre-arranged payments (EFT Debits). The Monthly Draft will be on a month to month basis once the six (6) month minimum requirement is completed. I understand that non-use of the facilities does not entitle me to a refund. I understand Kool Rayz will make attempts to collect any late fees, NSF fees, unpaid months etc., and this may include reporting to credit agencies your payment history, use of collection agencies to collect unpaid monthly dues, late fees, etc. Any time Kool Rayz attempts to process this EFT and your account blocks the attempt for any reason, our agent charges us a processing rejection fee. To cover this, you will be charged a $25.00 NSF fee and $1.50 per day late fee starting the day your EFT is due. I understand that my account will be frozen until the account is brought current, including late fees. If the draft is returned unpaid, declined or the account is closed for any reason including identity theft or fraud, you must send your payment directly to us in cash, money order or certified bank check, so we can update your information. Revocation of the Authority – Kool Rayz is authorized to transfer funds from your account until receipt of written notice or physician’s note revoking this agreement. Notice must be received, by Kool Rayz, at least 30 days prior to the date on which your next EFT is payable. Kool Rayz reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time for any reason.

Successors or Assigns – This Authorization Agreement extends to Kool Rayz Tanning’s agents, successors and assigns.

Kool Rayz shall be held free and harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), whether based on contract, negligence, or otherwise, as may arise out of any act of failure to act on the part of Kool Rayz or any agent. In no event shall Kool Rayz be liable for any consequential, special, indirect, punitive or exemplary damages or losses that you may incur or suffer by reason of this agreement of any payment affected or not affected under this agreement.

Adjustment to Amount – Kool Rayz is hereby authorized to change the amount of the charge to your credit/checking account, provided, however, that we contact your regarding the new payment amount in writing at least 15 days prior to the charge to your debit/credit account. You agree the payment change confirmation provided to you shall constitute adequate notice of payment change as such notice may be required by the Electronic Funds Transfer Act and Federal Reserve Board Regulation.

Vacation Holds/Freezes may be allowed for up to 3 consecutive months, after your six (6) month requirement has been met at the sole discretion of Kool Rayz Tanning and will only be considered after receipt of written request at least 15 days prior to due date. I understand that if a vacation hold/freeze is requested, there will be a flat fee of $7.00 per month in place of the regular monthly draft amount, not to exceed 90 days.
